Each landmark has one question. It pops up once you have seen all its stories; answer it right to earn the stamp. Your passport is kept in this browser.
DESSCOVER online is developed by Eslam ElShamy, an architect and designer based in Dessau.
It brings the city's landmarks together on one map, as 3D models you can explore across time, walk through and redesign, with stories drawn from the sources cited on every card. The models are reconstructions from published dimensions, photographs and descriptions, so some details are approximate.
